In our dialect, Costa means ‘hill’.
And it was here, right in the middle of our gentle hills, that our ancestors used to plant olive trees to produce one of the finest olive oils in the world.
This is a challenging land, where majestic olive trees have always been grown thanks to determined and passionate people, who managed not to turn their tradition into intensive farming.

We have already managed to make olive oil fully traceable up to the mills and we aim to extend traceability to the fields in the future, to tell exactly how our olive oils are made, step by step.
