In our dialect, Costa means ‘hill’.
And it was here, right in the middle of our gentle hills, that our ancestors used to plant olive trees to produce one of the finest olive oils in the world.
This is a challenging land, where majestic olive trees have always been grown thanks to determined and passionate people, who managed not to turn their tradition into intensive farming.
Our charming landscapes, with their ancient beauty, have been taken care of and nurtured by several generations of people.
A rich territory, where different subareas, climates and terroirs create those unique olives which deliver some of the finest Italian extra virgin olive oils.

As far as production is concerned, we comply with certified production processes, which are monitored by third parties, to achieve superior quality in terms of raw materials selection, manufacturing and final products.
The Social Accountability Certification SA8000 shows our constant respect for and attention to people working in our company as well as suppliers.
As far as the environment is concerned, over 30% of the electricity we use comes from photovoltaic energy.
